With over 16 years of experience in the civil construction industry and business administration, I’ve built my career around organization, problem-solving, coordinating projects, managing documentation, and creating practical systems that keep businesses running smoothly.
My experience is personal, too. I’ve helped with the behind-the-scenes side of my husband’s small automotive repair business, from organizing finances and paperwork to creating professional documents and putting better office systems in place. It’s given me a real understanding of what it takes to run a small business while wearing a lot of hats.
